Capoeira (Introductory Fee: $5 per class). Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art form developed by the African slaves in Brazil over 400 years ago. It combines the potency of a Martial art, the fluidity and expressiveness of dance, the soul-calling power of music, the wit and playfulness of clever games, and the challenge of the acrobatics into one beautiful art form.

Club Fit $10 (Drop In); $56 (8 classes); $99 (16 classes); $120 (Unlimited for 6 weeks)

• All classes are about 45 minutes, unless labeled otherwise
• Participants are encouraged t make up missed classes by attending a similar class or small group training before the end of the current session.
• Pilates participants are encouraged to bring a mat which is at least 1/4” thick to protect the spine and
  prevent injury, however basic fitness mats are available for use at the studio if you do not have your own.
• Participants are encouraged to bring a sweat towel and water to each class and small group training.
  Supportive shoes are required for all Club Fit classes other than Pilates, which may be done with or
  without shoes.

Dance of India- Classical & Traditional Folk (GDT) Emphasis on Bharatanatyam classical dance and traditional folk dances from North and South India.

Jazz & World Rhythms Dance (GDT) World music and dance styles – emphasis on Jazz, Modern, Dunham, African, Asian Indian movements & routines.

Special Bharatanatyam Classes an intensive Bharatanatyam course that can lead to an Arangetam or formal debut depending on student’s commitment. On going classes with GDT encouraged to continue the training and performance opportunities.
