Extension multipurpose room - tile floor 20 x 34 and additional space includes Kitchenette area, with refrig, microwave, coffee maker.
Tables and chairs available, piano in room, and a drum kit set (will need permission to use instruments). Suitable for meetings, clubs, workshops, intimate events, small parties.
